Will I get scared?
That’s the goal! With that in mind our haunt is probably not a good fit for small children or the faint of heart.
Do I need to purchase a ticket in advance or can I just show up?
Stand By Entry: You can come by any of our event dates and see the show for free (no ticket purchase necessary). Just come to the haunted house and get in the Stand By line, wait times vary based on how busy the event is on a given night (20-50 minutes). We highly recommend reservations to minimize your wait time to see the show!
Reservations: Fatal Fear offers priority timed entry to see the Haunted House click the “Reservations” button at the top of the screen to get started, you will need one ticket for each person in your timed reservation. Be sure to show up on time at the time you have selected for your ticketed reservation! When you arrive be sure to get in the reservations line.
Can I bring a large group?
We actually get this question often! Yes you can, we will however break up your group into 4 to 6 at a time at the door so everyone in your group has the best possible experience.
Are children required to be accompanied by an adult?
Yes, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Un accompanied minors will be captured and used for medical experiments.
What can I wear? What about costumes?
Due to the nature of our attraction we cannot allow full costumes that cover faces (It’s a security thing). Always be sure to wear close toed shoes.
Do the monsters touch patrons?
No. This is a no contact haunt although there are times where an actor might accidentally bump into a patron. We do our best to scare you without touching.
What items are restricted from the Haunt?
No guns, Alcohol, Smoking, Illegal Drugs of any kind, Knives, Flashlights or outside food and drinks.
This haunt is great and I want to join, is this possible?

If I get too scared and punch an actor, is that ok?
Absolutely not. We use cameras throughout the haunt – in this haunt, there is always someone watching.
Can I take photos?
When you are outside of the attraction you can take all the photos you like, but once inside any type of recording device is not permitted.

By entering the attraction your image might be captured by photo or video and used in marketing materials by Fatal Fear Haunted House. Your entrance is your consent and release of your likeness being used without limitation to the content produced without compensation.
Is it possible to get booted out of the attraction?
YES! We do not tolerate foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, drugs lewd acts any kind. We will warn you once, second offense you will be removed from the attraction without refund. We also have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment of any kind or violence.
